Through the encouraging guidance of our highly trained professional instructors, you will master the principles of proper alignment, increase strength, flexibility, balance and become more aware of the mind body connection. We offer a variety of yoga and Pilates mat classes as well as Pilates Equipment Classes and Prenatal Yoga.

This Tuesday, there will be no class; however, starting November 12th, we will introduce two classes on Wednesdays.

Morning Class: 9:00 to 10:15 AM
Evening Class: 6:00 to 7:15 PM

This new schedule offers greater flexibility for your practice. We’re thrilled to provide this additional opportunity for you to unwind after a long day, find your flow, and reconnect with your breath.
