Heads explode when I show people how to get the greatest results with the least amount of effort

So this one is for the "I've tried everything" crowd

Excuses change to positive non-negotiables
Because you aren't here to play small with the one life you've been given

2025 was not a reset for me
It turned out to be an entire recalibration of who I was and who I became in those months.

Stepping into 2026 with so much momentum I already built last year feels incredible.
I showed up and did the work when no one was watching. There was no immediate reward. No over night success.

It felt pointless much of the time, but I kept moving.
Trusting in not only the process, but in myself.
I liken entrepreneurship much in the same way as health and fitness. Real lasting results take time.

No crash diet in the form of cutting prices
No half assing the workouts in the form of cookie cutter client plans
Day by day, month by month I built it up
I use to hide what I can do because my systems were incomplete
My self-trust of stick-to-itiveness after years of burnout was missing.

And I now stand next to my work, proud to show the world what I created.

2026 is going to be a wild one

My joints are better at the age of 41 than they were in my 20s

So you can only imagine how this woman, who grew up with painful joints, feels hearing from people the same age blame age for all their aches: incredulous

When we peel back the lifestyle I usually find they land in 1 of 2 camps:

1) those who rarely, if ever, step into a gym
2) runners who never learned how to properly strength train or recover

What's more, strength training is still largely misunderstood and therefore not leveraged effectively for both aesthetic and longevity goals.

I blame a lot of personal trainers, fitness industry, and even our gym teachers for this. They've made it more complicated than it has to be.

When I miss this step the night before
I notice it ripples into my day
It's like waking up to having yesterday's unfinished business

Now at night, when I feel like leaving it till the next day,
I think about how the morning will feel
And since I know it'll feel lighter and give me space to think ahead for the day
I make a point of giving myself that gift

Which means if it's a gym day
