Recovery after eyelid surgery may be quicker than you think 👀

Dr. Bradley Beard of Kings Eye Center shares that most patients who undergo upper lid blepharoplasty can expect stitches to be removed within 5–7 days—and in some cases, return to work even sooner with minimal bruising and a good pair of sunglasses. Lower lid procedures typically take a bit longer, with healing around 8–9 days.
