Service to Country, Evening Kiwanis Club and Fabulous Memories!

Today we honored and remembered our friend, James R. “Jim” Harris. Jim was a combat medic during the Vietnam War. He received three Purple Hearts and a Bronze Star for his heroism. He loved playing golf, card games and grilling. He was a longtime active member of the Hannibal Evening Kiwanis Club. Most of all Jim cherished his family. He was a devoted husband, dad, grandpa and brother.

☀️ It’s almost time for the Early Bird Kiwanis & YMCA of Hannibal, MO Easter Egg Hunt on the campus of Hannibal-LaGrange University. The fun happens on Saturday, April 4th at 9am!

We are proud to be providing a giant chocolate bunny from Chocolaterie Stam - Hannibal as one of the excellent prizes at the event.

Jimmy checks in this morning high above Hannibal on a helicopter. The chocolate bunny is out of the vault and on the way !

This week we honored our friend, DeWayne G. Melloway. DeWayne earned the nickname, “The Tomato Tycoon of New London” at the age of ten when a local newspaper reported on his fertile crop one summer! Cardinals baseball, mowing his grass and reading his Bible were some of DeWayne’s favorites. Most of all DeWayne cherished his faith and his family.
