Our Fat Tuesday was endless fun, all throughout the day!

⚜️We put our artistic abilities to the test and decorated our very own Mardi Gras masks 🎭

⚜️We were entertained by the smooth jazz vocals of our good friend Mark Greel, who takes on an uncanny likeness to the sounds of Louis Armstrong 🎺

⚜️Our Mixology 101 featured a classic New Orleans cocktail 🍹 The Hurricane is an iconic, sweet rum-based cocktail created in the 1940s at Pat O'Brien's in New Orleans, in the French Quarter, which offers its own popular, pre-made cocktail mix!

⚜️We enjoyed our own Carnival fun and games, with prize winning good luck doubloons and beads all around! (And candy…because…candy 🍫🍬🍭). The competition was fierce, the victors were humble 💜💛💚

Love was truly in the air this Valentine’s Day! 💕 The day before, our residents got creative and crafted beautiful Valentine’s Day centerpieces to decorate our dining room, adding an extra special touch to the celebration. Then, on Valentine’s Day, we celebrated with toe-tapping live music and dancing, along with delicious, sweet treats, as everyone spent the day surrounded by friendship, joy, and love. 💐 Nothing warms the heart more than seeing smiles like these!
