PEAK Youth Performance focuses on athletic and sports performance training for males & females ages 8-22 to help maximize their potential of becoming better athletes and healthier people. We train all levels of athletes from those that want to keep active and maintain good health to serious high school athletes that desire getting to the next level. Led by our certified fitness and nutrition coaching, we focus on building foundational to advanced programs that promote confidence and optimal performance in ANY sport. We train athletes in many different sports including baseball, softball, basketball, soccer, football, hockey, wrestling, lacrosse, track, volleyball, golf, and more...

Private and group sessions are available in addition to individualized fitness programs and nutritional consulting.

Jillian's path to this point has been nothing but easy. She didn't get here with just physical ability. Lots of extra work , lots of long hours, lots of travel, club games, lots of individual lessons, and many college visits. We have been lucky to be a part of her path and train with us the last couple years and happy we made a small difference in taking a great athlete to another level coaching her at PEAK on how she can be an elite athlete (and person). Good luck this spring softball season at Weymouth HS and looking forward to watching her college career at the D1 University of South Carolina. Our programs above anything else build knowledge, discipline, and consistency. Going much further beyond sports....

RECOVERY is not a break from training. It is training.

You can be the hardest worker in the room and still underperform if your body never gets the chance to rebuild. Muscles grow when you sleep. Your mind sharpens when you rest. Hydration, mobility, nutrition — these are not extras for elite athletes. They are requirements.

Some athletes are proud of being exhausted all the time. But constant fatigue blurs focus, slows reaction, and increases mistakes. Being tough is valuable. Being smart enough to recharge is powerful.

The goal is not just to work hard today. The goal is to be ready to work hard again tomorrow.

Take recovery seriously, and your performance will start taking you seriously.
