There's a storm blowing through. We all feel it.

But no storm last forever.

In times of a storm we must stay focused and ride out the unknown of what the storm brings and takes away.

These are the times we hold on to what is good, peaceful and easy. Like a gentle flow, a smile or our favorite song.

Like all storms, it didnt come to stay, it came to pass.

Just use the freakin blocks! If you're straining to meet the floor or hyper-extending to hold a pose, use the block. They allow you to safely hold the pose, prevent hyper-extending a muscle and brings the floor within reach.

So grab a mat AND a block. Cause its better to have it and not needed than to need it and not have it! Right?
