Penncares' Children’s Programs consist of Early Intervention, Child Development Group, and Preschool. The Children’s Programs strive to focus on children with special needs as well as providing quality learning opportunities for all children in the community. Families of all children are essential partners in the success of our Children’s Programs. Penncares In-Home Program will help you maintain and gain new independence in the essential daily living elements that includes bathing, dressing, personal care, light house keeping, transportation, shopping, errands and food preparation. Penncares trains all personal care attendants to meet PA DOH and DHS requirements, and retrains them annually. If you are already approved for one of the OLTL waivers, let your service coordinator know you would like to have Penncares provide your services.
