Holiday Ramp Rentals: Your FAQ Answered!

Every holiday season, we receive a LOT of calls from families preparing for visiting loved ones who need safe access into the home. Here are the most important things to know before you call:

❓ Do you offer short-term or weekend rentals?
👉 No. All ramp rentals are MONTHLY rentals only.

❓ How soon should I schedule my rental?
👉 As early as possible! The closer we get to Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s, the tighter our schedule becomes. Our ramp team books up quickly, and last-minute requests often cannot be accommodated.

❓ Can you install a ramp at any home?
👉 Only if the ramp meets the required safety ratio.
If the slope is too steep, we cannot install or rent the ramp. Safety always comes first.

❓ Can I just get a portable ramp and pick it up at the showroom?
👉 Yes, you can!
However, many customers assume their stairs will work with a portable ramp. If the ratio for the slope isn’t correct, a portable ramp cannot be used safely, and we won’t approve the rental. Your Ramp Specialist will let you know what’s safe for your home.

❓ What do I need to do to get started?
👉 Fill out our Ramp Assessment Form.
A Ramp Specialist will review your entryway, determine the correct ramp length, and let you know the options that will safely work for your home.

🎁 If you’re expecting family this holiday season, don’t wait.

Start the process early to ensure availability, proper sizing, and a safe, accessible setup for your loved one.
