Situated on more than 100 acres of countryside with beautiful Plum Creek flowing through our community, Homewood Living Plum Creek is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, quiet environment with the proximity and convenience of nearby attractions. Founded on a commitment to Christ and caring for seniors, we believe seniors can lead purpose filled and joyful lives, so we provide specialized lifestyle options and care tailored to each resident, along with a variety of services, learning opportunities and engaging experiences. We offer a continuum of care, including residential living, personal care and a full range of healthcare services to meet our residents uniquely where they are today and to adapt if their needs change in the future.

Our Hanover team of residents and co-workers joined the Homewood Cares initiative to share 50 Thanksgiving meals with local families through our local Salvation Army, New Hope Ministries, and God’s Meal Barrel. Gratitude in action!

We recently brought together leaders from all five Homewood Life Plan Communities for an inspiring workshop on living our core values every day.

Thanks to Dr. Prince Samuel, CEO Thad Rothrock, and VP of HR Jennifer Childs for guiding us through meaningful discussions on how our values strengthen teams, enrich resident experiences, and fulfill our mission.

A special thank you to Dr. Prince and his wife, Faith, for sharing their wisdom and passion. We’re excited to see these strategies make a lasting impact across Homewood!

Honoring Our Heroes at Homewood Living Plum Creek

Monday, we proudly celebrated Veterans Day with a heartfelt program honoring the brave men and women who call our community home.
The Singing Men and Sugar Plums filled the room with patriotic melodies, and Executive Director Karen Haines personally presented certificates to express our gratitude for each resident Veteran.
