This is the first of three promotion announcements as we celebrate exciting growth across FOCUS.

We’re proud to announce several well-deserved promotions across our North-Southwest and South-Southwest Regions.

Please join us in congratulating Joshua Clarke, Stephanie Lene, Stacy Watson, and Christine Kaminsky on their promotions to Program Manager 🎉

Joshua Clarke (with FOCUS since February 2024) brings strong experience in human services and a commitment to teamwork and accountability as he steps into a leadership role supporting staff and service delivery.

Stephanie Lene (since April 2022) is known for her organization, dedication, and collaborative approach. She will continue to drive consistency and high-quality outcomes for the individuals we support.

Stacy Watson (since May 2025) has already made a strong impact. Her professionalism and person-centered focus will be key in coordinating services and supporting team development.

Christine Kaminsky (since July 2025) brings valuable experience and a strong commitment to inclusive, community-based support as she takes on this new role.

In their positions, they will lead assigned cases, support staff training and scheduling, and help ensure high-quality, person-centered services across our programs.

🌟 DSP Spotlight: Ryan Statewicz 🌟

Ryan Statewicz serves in our Western region and is originally from the South Hills of Pittsburgh 📍. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active by working out and hiking, as well as spending time at amusement parks and playing PlayStation 5 🎮🎢

One of Ryan’s favorite memories on the job has been helping participants improve their health through consistent physical activity. Seeing their progress over time has been incredibly rewarding and highlights the positive impact he makes every day 💙💪
