🌟 DSP Spotlight: William Price 🌟

This week we are excited to highlight William Price from our Southwest Region!

Originally from Connellsville, William now calls Boswell home after meeting the love of his life. He brings heart, humor, and team spirit to everything he does at Focus Behavioral Health.

Outside of work, William is all about sports. He plays softball, coaches softball, and enjoys video games in his downtime. Whether he is on the field or supporting individuals in our community, teamwork is always at the center of what he does.

One of William’s favorite Focus memories was during one of his first days working with his now manager Zach and MM. They went on a hike, discovered an inchworm, named it “Peter Dinklage,” and somehow that tiny adventurer ended up lost in Zach’s car, never to be seen again. A legendary Focus moment that still makes him laugh.

We are grateful for the positivity, dedication, and fun energy William brings to our Southwest team every day. Thank you for all you do, William! 💙

🌟 DSP MONDAY SPOTLIGHT 🌟
This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Todd Foster from our Western Region!

Todd lives in Bridgeville, just south of Pittsburgh, and has been part of the Focus family for almost one year. When he’s not supporting individuals, Todd enjoys seeing movies, reading books on metaphysics and spirituality, and spending time at his camp.

One of Todd’s most meaningful Focus memories involves supporting an individual who experienced significant anxiety that made being out in the community very difficult. Through patience, consistency, and encouragement, Todd helped this individual overcome much of that anxiety. They not only began to enjoy community outings, but also requested more hours and recently shared their excitement about feeling ready to pursue a job.

Todd is proud of all the progress his individuals have made and feels honored to be part of their lives. His dedication and compassion are a perfect example of what it means to be a DSP at Focus.

🌟DSP Monday Spotlight: Rebecca Lauper🌟

Rebecca Lauper is one of our amazing DSPs in the Western Region. She lives in Greensburg and enjoys spending her free time swimming, hiking, and photography.

Her favorite Focus memory is the prom. Everyone looked so nice, the decorations were beautiful, the food was great, and it was special to watch everyone having such a good time.

Thank you, Rebecca, for all that you do and for being such a valued part of the Focus family.
