Happy First Day of Spring!!! 💐

I think we can all agree—we are so ready to say goodbye to the cold, the snow, and that wild rollercoaster weather this time of year brings. Spring never seems to arrive fast enough…but today gave us a little glimpse of what’s coming.

The blessings today was sunshine and temps reaching 60. ☀️ It felt like the world took a deep breath and softened for a moment.

The sun was shining so brightly, and you could almost feel the shift…the promise of longer days, warmer air, and new beginnings are just around the corner. There’s something about this season that feels like a reset…a fresh start not just for nature, but for us too.

Awww 🥰 I can’t wait for all the incredible smells, the blooming colors, the fresh air, and that light, happy energy that spring brings with it. Windows open, birds singing, the smell of fresh cut grass, and everything coming back to life—it just hits different.

So tell me…what did you do today to make the most of the first day of spring?

Grilling? Perhaps a walk? Soaking up that vitamin D? Maybe just stepping outside, closing your eyes, and letting the warmth hit your face for a minute.

Whatever it was, I hope you took a moment to enjoy it… you’ve made it through winter. 🌸

✨ Today, I Get To Say This Out Loud… ✨

After a lot of sweat, tears, trust, and quiet determination, I’m beyond excited to officially announce the launch of Be Spoiled Body Works 💛

This business has been a long time coming. It’s been growing in my heart long before it ever had a name, a logo, or a space to call home — and today marks the announcement of Phase 1 of a vision that will continue unfolding over the next few months.

I am so happy to share that I am now certified in Holistic Abdominal Therapy.
This work is gentle, powerful, and deeply intentional. While there are many benefits of abdominal therapy, my heart is especially drawn to supporting women who are navigating fertility challenges, reconnecting with their bodies, and restoring balance from the inside out.

Over the coming days and weeks, I’ll be sharing multiple posts explaining:
• what Holistic Abdominal Therapy is
• how it works
• who it can help
• and the many ways it supports overall well-being

This work feels aligned on every level — for my hands, my heart, and my purpose.

Starting something new at this stage of life has been incredibly rewarding. It allows me to do some of my favorite things:
✨ helping others
✨ meeting new people
✨ continuing to learn and grow
✨ and creating a space that feels safe, beautiful, and healing

And yes…my office at the wellness center got a complete makeover, and I cannot wait to share it with you (see the video below). ☺️

Be Spoiled Body Works will unfold in three phases, with the next two launching over the next couple of months — so stay tuned for more announcements as this vision continues to come to life.

I also want to share my gratitude for my trainer, Michelle, who truly gave me the vision and took me under her wing with overwhelming support and love. Learning from someone so knowledgeable and supportive made this experience even more meaningful.

A website is coming soon, along with future on-line booking details, but for now just send me a message for an appointment. For now, thank you for being here, for supporting me, and for watching this next chapter begin.

Today I 🎉🎉 CeLeBrAtE 🎉🎉 my 14-Year Anniversary with Young Living! 🥳

I could not be more thankful and grateful for having lost my job 15 years ago as a medical transcriptionist due to technology advancement where we were no longer needed. Did I love my job at the time…heck ya!! I learned a ton typing up patient notes all day long. Did I ever think I would flip from Western Medicine to Natural Medicine and go in a completely different direction…heck no!! But I did it and I haven’t looked back since.

This definitely was one of the best and craziest decisions I’ve ever made in my life! 😜 Did my family and friends think I was bat s**t crazy…oh you bet they did! 😂 They thought I had completely lost my mind. 😜

Has this been one of the hardest but most rewarding things I’ve ever done…you bet it has!

Has it always been easy…NOPE!
Has it been worth it…ABSOLUTELY!

Have I ever wanted to throw in the towel and quit??? Oh you bet…I’ve lost count to how many times this has happened! But there’s always one saying that would come to mind…You Can’t Deposit Excuses!! So buck up buttercup and shake it off…You’ve Got This!

I didn’t start out right away doing the business, but pretty dang close…I became a product of the product first and started working on my personal health and well-being…and then things just progressed from there because I couldn’t stop sharing my story and my L♥️VE for the product!

Through this amazing adventure I have been able to completely turn my life around. Young Living definitely has transformed my life because if you ask anyone who knew me 14 years ago…to the person I am today they would definitely have a story to tell you…without a doubt!!!

At the time, it provided me to continue being a stay-at-home mom for my kids, and have all the time freedom I needed to have quality time with them and never miss any important life moments or milestones.

If it weren’t for Young Living I would have definitely missed out on meeting hundreds, maybe thousands of amazing women and their families, many of whom are my closest friends to this day. 

There’s definitely things I sacrificed in the beginning to hit the ground running because I was “in the pain,” which was losing a job that I loved…but I hit it hard and was able to achieve the first 7 out of 10 ranks in under four years…do some people do it faster or slower…absolutely, cause everyones experience of “pain” is at a different level.

Young Living is such a great company because of its products, integrity and most certainly the people.

I am so incredibly grateful for all of you…my family, my friends, my life/biz coach, my leadership support team, and especially my Living Essentially Sp’Oiled team. It’s because of all of you for sharing your story, what YOU love, and “Being That One for Someone” that makes us such a loving oily family today! I have most certainly found my tribe and boy do you make it easy to L♥️VE on you hard.

My team, without a doubt, deserves all the credit…if it weren’t for them and how much love and respect we have for each other, and definitely the loads of fun (especially love month) we’ve had along the way 😂 that I wouldn’t be doing this.

Non-toxic living and essential oils are not a fad or a trend. Natural health and wellness is a way of life! If you do not make time for your Wellness, you will be forced to make time for your Illness.

✨ Stepping into 2026… as Patty 2.0 ✨

As I closed the door on 2025, I do it with gratitude, grace, and a whole lot of growth. The last couple of years have really moved me to look deeply at myself, do the hard work, and lovingly release what no longer served me…old heartbreaks, disappointments, expectations, limiting beliefs, and versions of myself that were built for survival, not joy.

And here I am… lighter, wiser, stronger, and more grounded than ever. Healed in ways I once prayed for. At peace in ways I once couldn’t even begin to imagine. Stepping forward unapologetically into alignment with who I truly am.

2026 isn’t about becoming someone new…it’s about fully owning who I’ve grown into. A woman rooted in love, kindness, peace, and authenticity. A woman who knows her worth, protects her energy, and chooses joy intentionally. A woman whose growth, peace, and excitement for what’s ahead can finally be felt from the inside out.

So much has shifted in my life and career. The wellness center is evolving, my space is transforming, and I’m stepping confidently into the next chapter of my work — one that reflects my passion, my training, and my deep love for helping others heal, grow, and thrive. And this month, I proudly celebrate 14 years with Young Living Essential Oils, a journey that continues to support my mission of holistic wellness and intentional living. 🌿💜

I’m excited for the people 2026 will bring into my life…new clients, new connections, new friendships, and new opportunities. I’m open, grounded, radiant, and ready to receive what aligns with truth and love.

Here’s to shutting the old door with appreciation…and walking boldly into the new with faith, confidence, and a full heart.
