Are you ready for the ultimate relaxation experience.....Yomassage®. Yomassage is a transformative mind-body-soul experience that allows you to relax in restorative yoga positions while receiving hands-on massage therapy and practicing mindfulness meditation - all in a single 60-minute session. Our My Tribe Private Group Yomassage sessions are open to 5 participants per session, allowing your therapist to customize the session to meet your specific needs. This is the perfect experience to add to your weekly self-care regime or indulge in with friends and loved ones.

The combination of these 3 proven healing modalities: restorative stretch, mindfulness meditation, and therapeutic massage creates an opportunity for a deep state of relaxation and union of the mind-body connection. While you are lying down in the most comfortable and cozy, restorative stretch, you are guided through a themed meditation that takes you even deeper into the relaxation experience. While you are relaxing and meditating, Jo, your Certified Yomassage® practitioner and License Massage Therapist provides head-to-toe therapeutic touch.
