"Food has always been about more than just nutrition to me - it's about comfort, care, and bringing people together. When patients sit down to eat here, I want them to feel at home. I've learned that a good meal can be part of someone's healing journey. Whether it's making sure dietary needs are met or just preparing something that reminds someone of better times, I love being able to provide that small piece of comfort during what can be a challenging time. After 9 years here, I've seen how much a home-cooked meal can mean to someone who's working to get their life back on track."
