Welcome to 2026!
I am looking forward to a very healthy and meaningful year!
I wanted to post all the scheduled classes I will be teaching in 2026 up to time of this post. More may be added at a later date.
This year, I have 3 new classes to offer:
Vibrational Lymphatic Massage- Part 2 (Prerequisite: Vibrational Lymphatic Massage- Part 1) join us to learn more advanced tuning fork techniques!
Lower Body Conditions and Massage- learn different modalities in which to help clients with conditions in the hip, knee, and ankle joints.
Upper Body Conditions and Massage- several different techniques will be taught to help with conditions in the hands, arms, shoulders, back.

March 20, 2025 I will be teaching Fibromyalgia and Massage, 8 ce class, at Firefly Hollow in York, PA.
If you ever wanted to know more about Fibromyalgia and how to help your clients, this is the class.
You will leave positively knowing there is scientific evidence that this condition is real, and how this special type of massage is able to help your clients.

Looking forward to teaching my Ethics class for the AMTA Delaware chapter this Saturday, March 15 in Dover, DE!
Should be a fun day learning how to Set, Protect and Defend YOUR Boundaries. The class also consist of learning some basic self defense moves to help you evade potential situations.

Today was the last class I am teaching for the year.
I was so blessed with a wonderful group of students to teach Raindrop Technique Basics too!!! We shared, we learned, we enjoyed giving and receiving a Raindrop session. I want to thank everyone in the class today for their patience, their interest, and their sharing.

We had a great group of 16 students in the Face and Head Massage class today held at Firefly Hollow in York, PA!
Learning seated Indian head massage including marma points, then onto Lymph facial massage and an Anti Aging facial massage. But the best part was seeing results in two of the students as we practiced the Bells Palsy and Tinnitus protocols! One of the students is suffering from Bells Palsy and after the protocol was completed, you could visibly see improvements in the facial muscles! And another student received great results in decreasing the sound of ringing in her ears after receiving the Tinnitus protocol!
Thank you to the students for your participation and feedback and thank you to Firefly Hollow for opening their space for us to hold the class!

Today was a wonderful day of teaching Vibrational Lymphatic Massage at Firefly Hollow in York, PA.
What a beautiful group of massage therapists that were so gracious. Lots of interaction, interest and questions among the students. Thank you all who attended! And thank you to Firefly Hollow for all you do!
