Meet our newest Massage Therapist

Joseph Testa

Joe has been a licensed massage therapist for over 5 years. He initially entered this field because he genuinely wanted to help people feel better, but what truly blossomed was a deep passion for discovering creative and effective ways to inspire the body's incredible natural healing powers to restore balance and ease pain.

Joe's healing philosophy is that our bodies are marvels, each equipped with the extraordinary ability to reorganize and recover themselves. Joe believes he is not the healer - you are. The real healing comes from within you. You hold all the power. His role is simply to act as a catalyst, guiding your body into a state where it can do what it was designed to do: heal itself. Because of this, how you feel during your session is just as vital as what Joe brings to the table. This is your personal healing journey.

Joe specializes in neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue massage, cupping, and hot stone massage. Please feel free to come in curious - answering your questions is something Joe genuinely enjoys.

Todays essential oil class with Kat caruso was amazing today. There was awesome information all about essential oils and we had fun making all the lovely smelling sprays, scrubs and roller perfumes with the oils. Spending time with all the lovely ladies was fun too!
