This National Caregivers Day, we're proud to share the story of Anthony Igbinovia, caregiver, Lillian Award recipient, and the embodiment of the quietly extraordinary people who make up our caregiving team.

We sat down with Anthony, followed him through his shift, and asked him some questions about his work, why he’s here, and what keeps him going. His words aren’t dramatic, but they’re genuine. And they reflect how even the small things (especially the small things) can make a big difference.

We have exciting news to share. Our community is now part of The Springs Living and will now be called The Springs at Sunnyside!

For nearly 30 years, The Springs Living has been empowering older adults live life to its fullest through thoughtfully-designed communities filled with warmth and genuine connection. As part of The Springs Living, our community will benefit from expanded support, shared resources, and a continued focus on creating a vibrant, welcoming environment for residents and employees alike.

This transition represents a new chapter for the community — one built on quality service and a vision for the future. We look forward to continuing to serve Happy Valley as part of The Springs Living, providing elevated resident experiences and changing the way people think about senior living.
