✨ Why choosing an injector who knows when to say NO matters ✨
This patient came to me wanting her eyebrows lifted to reduce the skin laxity of her upper eyelids. We had a thorough, honest conversation about options—using neuromodulators to subtly manipulate brow position and even the possibility of PDO threads for lift.

✅ And then I did the most important part of my job.

👩⚕️ I told her the truth.

While these treatments can offer some improvement, they would not give her a full correction or the level of result she was hoping for. For true, long-term correction and 100% satisfaction, an upper blepharoplasty was the best option.

Instead of pushing a treatment that wasn’t the right solution, I supported her in doing what was.

She listened, trusted the process, and took the next steps—first consulting with a clinic that could assess insurance coverage, then reaching back out to me for a facial plastic surgery referral.

She ultimately chose to move forward with surgery with at … and WOW. 🤍

Dr. Scott explained to her that she had eyelid hooding that extended beyond the corner of her eye which happens when there is brow heaviness in addition to eyelid heaviness and upper blepharoplasty alone would not have been able to fully resolve her hooding. So in addition, they did a brow lift. The goal of a brow lift is NOT to lift the brows as much as possible (which can make someone look surprised) but to restore a youthful brow shape, slightly lift the tails of the brow (which drop down as we age), and make the eyes look relaxed and inviting.

🔨 He nailed it! Her results are absolutely beautiful.

She’s now a few months out from her upper bleph and brow lift and just weeks out from a facelift with Dr. Scott, and I cannot wait to see her final results as everything continues to heal and settle.
