TIP OF THE DAY!

It's recommended that you remove the earwax from your hearing aids to prevent temporary malfunction or permanent damage. Use the cleaning tools provided with the devices to do so. At night, after removing your aids, clean them with a dry soft cloth.

We rely on on both ears to determine where sounds are coming from. Hearing loss in one ear can make directional perception virtually impossible. With a hearing aid, you'll find it much easier to determine where voices and other noises are coming from.
