If you're are just getting started with exercise, congratulations! Stability can be a good place to start. Find ways to have fun. Exercise #1 is a common and safe exercise for most plus it works the mind as well as your whole body. Exercise #2 is definitely a little bit more challenging but fun!

You don't need a full pull-up to get some of the benefits. Assisted versions will still build the control and stregnth needed in your upper back. The inverted row is a great wa place to start whether you are building up to a pull-up or to ease neck & shoulder tension.

I’m very happy to announce that we have a new personal trainer joining our team at Renew Wellness Center! His name is JP (Joseph) Passey and he is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He also is certified in Exercise Correction, assisting clients with proper movement parterns and stabilty exercises.

JP will start helping Emily and I seeing newer clients and will be working every Friday. He will train from 8am-5pm, seeing clients hourly. He still has a couple openings for new clients so feel free to reach out to him at: (810) 834-9948 to set up your training schedule with him! He will begin seeing clients this Friday, August 22nd. We look forward to working with JP and welcoming him to our wellness team!
