Struggling to get a good night's sleep? Try these strategies for better sleep hygiene:

1. Establish a Bedtime Routine: Create a relaxing bedtime routine to signal to your body that it's time to wind down, such as reading a book, taking a warm bath, or practicing gentle yoga.

2. Create a Sleep-Friendly Environment: Make your bedroom a sanctuary for sleep by keeping it cool, dark, and quiet, and investing in a comfortable mattress and pillows.

3. Limit Screen Time Before Bed: Avoid screens and electronic devices at least an hour before bedtime, as the blue light can disrupt your body's natural sleep-wake cycle.

4. Manage Stress: Practice relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, or progressive muscle relaxation to calm your mind and body before bed.
