It's extremely important to be very intentional about your self care now, more than ever. 💕
You are a microcosm of the macrocosm, so the care you give yourself will help the world heal, too. The world is at a tipping point. The Earth shifts as we shift, and in order to help it shift in a positive direction, we must focus on the self first and what is missing, from helping to become whole.
Self care has many aspects and one is caring for your emotional health. Being aware when an emotion comes up, breathing through it and letting it go. Stop stuffing them down to explode out later.
Do what you can to improve your mood. What makes you happy? This is what it means to raise your vibration. To focus on the things that bring you joy.
If you find yourself in negative thought loops, break out of them with breath, awareness, prayer, meditation, hydration, movement...whatever you can do to move your energy to release those blocks. Tuning forks are also amazing tools for that.
