Due to freezing temps and the threat of hazardous road conditions, Baker Direct Medical Care-Harlan will be closed Monday January 26th. As of now, we plan to be open Tuesday. If you have an appointment Monday, you will be seen Tuesday this week.

Attention Patients!!! With the government shut down, please know that we have some resources available right here in Harlan County.

As of now, SNAP benefits are not expected to be available beginning November 1. Below are some resources if you or a loved one are impacted in this delay of services.

Current DPA clients may call the office and speak to our ASW about specific programs/benefits that may be available to them.
