Myrtue Medical Center Myrtue Medical Center is a responsive healthcare leader by providing the highest quality of care Your health matters here.

At Myrtue Medical Center, we provide comprehensive health services to people throughout our community. You can find our clinics in Harlan, Avoca, Shelby, Elk Horn, and Earling. In these rural areas, it can be hard to find close-to-home access to medical specialists. It is our goal to make sure you and your family need not travel far for the care you need. Our centers offer a variety of services not often found in rural hospitals, including behavioral health, oncology, physical therapy, surgery, and more.

Thank you to every member of the Myrtue family for your unwavering commitment to excellence in healthcare, and a huge shoutout to our Employee Engagement Committee for making this week so special!

March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, and the numbers tell a powerful story. đź’™

Colorectal cancer is the fourth most common cancer in the U.S., but here is the most important thing to know: it is highly preventable with regular screening. Early detection isn't just a "good idea"—it’s a lifesaver. When caught early, colorectal cancer is one of the most treatable forms of the disease.

Don’t wait for symptoms to appear. If you are 45 or older, or have a family history, talk to your doctor about scheduling a screening today. 🩺

We're proud of our partnership with Manning Regional Healthcare Center. Congrats to the Bradleys on their new arrival!

Last June, we announced a partnership with Myrtue Medical Center to give expectant mothers the convenience of receiving prenatal and postnatal care right here in Manning, while delivering in Harlan.

Earlier this month, we celebrated a special milestone as Dr. Kelly Anderson delivered the very first baby through this partnership.

Welcome to the world, Imogen Maray and congratulations to the Bradley Family! đź’•
