Caitlyn first came to Thrive as a patient and now returns as a valued team member. She graduated magna cm laude from Nebraska Methodist College with a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management and is passionate about ensuring clinicians have the resources they need to deliver the best possible patient outcomes. Caitlyn is also pursuing her Master’s in Public Administration with a focus on Health and Social Policy at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.


Caitlyn resides in Omaha with her husband, BJ, and their cat, Egon. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her horse, Trygg, attending live music events, watching spooky movies, volunteering, and spending as much time as possible with her family.

Welcome to our newest occupational therapist, Claire! 🥳


Claire began her career practicing as an OTA, working with the adult population. Her desire for continued personal and professional growth inspired her journey to become an Occupational Therapist. During OT school, Claire gained experience across a variety of settings, including maternal health, school-based therapy, and inpatient rehabilitation. She is dedicated to empowering others to reach their wellness goals and enhance their quality of life.


When she’s not in the clinic, you can find her spending time with her husband and Golden retriever, trying new restaurants with friends, hitting the gym, or planning her next travel adventure! Say hello as you see her around 👋
