“Fear thou not; for I am with thee.” — Isaiah 41:10 (KJV)
God acknowledges our fear but does not leave us alone in it. His presence brings courage in moments of uncertainty and strength in times of weakness. Knowing He is with us changes how we face challenges. We move forward with confidence because God stands beside us.
Lord, remind us of Your presence as we face the challenges of this day. Replace fear with trust and peace in every heart here. In Jesus Name We Pray Amen

🩺 Know the Signs and Symptoms of Colon Cancer

Colon cancer often develops without noticeable symptoms in its early stages, which is why routine screenings are so important. However, recognizing potential warning signs can help you seek care sooner.

Common signs and symptoms of colon cancer may include:

• Changes in bowel habits (diarrhea or constipation)
• Blood in the stool or re**al bleeding
• Persistent abdominal pain, cramps, or bloating
• Unexplained weight loss
• Feeling that the bowel does not empty completely
• Ongoing fatigue or weakness

If you notice any of these symptoms, it’s important to talk with your healthcare provider. While these symptoms may be caused by other conditions, they should always be evaluated.

Routine colon cancer screenings starting at age 45 can help detect problems early—when treatment is most effective.

Taking care of your health today can make a difference tomorrow.

🩺 What’s the Process for Getting a Colonoscopy?

A colonoscopy is one of the most effective ways to screen for colon cancer and detect problems early—often before symptoms even begin. If you’re age 45 or older, or have certain risk factors, your provider may recommend scheduling a screening.

Here’s what the process typically looks like:

1️⃣ Talk with Your Provider
Your primary care provider will discuss your health history and determine if a colonoscopy screening is right for you.

2️⃣ Get Your Referral & Schedule
Once recommended, you’ll schedule your procedure with a specialist and receive instructions for preparation.

3️⃣ Complete Your Prep
Before the procedure, you’ll follow a special diet and take a bowel prep to ensure the colon is clear for the exam.

4️⃣ The Procedure
During the colonoscopy, a physician uses a small camera to examine the colon. The procedure usually takes about 30 minutes, and you’ll receive sedation to keep you comfortable.

5️⃣ Recovery & Results
Most patients go home the same day. Your provider will discuss results and next steps if needed.

Screening saves lives. Early detection can make all the difference.

Talk to your provider about whether it’s time for your colon cancer screening.

🩺 Why Early Detection of Colon Cancer Matters

Colon cancer is one of the most preventable and treatable cancers when it’s found early. Unfortunately, many people don’t experience symptoms in the early stages, which is why routine screening is so important.

When colon cancer is detected early:
• Treatment is often less invasive
• The chance of successful treatment is much higher
• Doctors may be able to remove precancerous polyps before they turn into cancer
• Recovery and long-term outcomes are typically much better

Screenings like a colonoscopy allow doctors to identify and remove abnormal growths before they become a serious problem.

If you are 45 or older, or have a family history of colon cancer, talk with your healthcare provider about scheduling your screening.

Early detection saves lives.

“The LORD shall give that which is good.” — Psalm 85:12 (KJV)
God provides what is truly good, even when the outcome is uncertain. His goodness is not always immediate or visible, but it is always faithful. Trusting Him means believing that He knows what we need better than we do. His care is present in every step of the journey.
Lord, thank You for Your faithful goodness in our lives. Help us trust You in every circumstance we face today. In Jesus Name We Pray Amen
