It was a privilege to join NAMI Montgomery County, PA as a panalist for the IndieFlix documentary “Like.” It continues to be important to discuss and understand the impact of social media on mental health.
If you are in need of mental health support, I would recommend exploring the many suppers that NAMI has to offer in your area. They are an organization driven by people of mission, dedicated to holding a light during dark times.
