Adam used to avoid the weight room completely.
He thought strength training was too intimidating and complicated...
But he kept hearing how important strength training was for healthy aging, so he finally decided to give it a try.
We started with baby steps:
✅ Simple, safe moves he could do anywhere
✅ A plan that fit his busy schedule
✅ Guidance to build his confidence set by set
Fast forward to now… and lifting is his favorite part of the week 💪.
He’s stronger and has more endurance, and (this is my favorite part)
he feels confident in himself.
