Don’t forget to spring forward! ⏰🌷

Daylight Saving Time begins this weekend, so remember to set your clocks one hour ahead before heading to bed Saturday night. While we may lose an hour of sleep, we gain longer, brighter evenings, which is a sure sign that spring is on the way!

The Woodworker's Shop at Peter Becker has been busy creating pieces that are both beautiful and meaningful. 🪑🪵

🪵 Rick Layer is learning to use the lathe and recently turned three bowls and a wooden goblet — even carving one of the bowls by hand.

🪵 Dave Wolff restored and painted the base of an antique “Household” sewing machine, now topped with oak crafted by Joe Bondi and recently sold in the Gift Shop.

🪵 And in a special project, Bob Coble and John Walz designed and built two custom oak tables for the PBC Chapel at the request of Merlin Hedrick, our Director of Pastoral Care. While the group doesn’t typically build furniture due to the time involved, they made an exception for something so meaningful to the community.

Talent. Craftsmanship. Community. That’s the spirit of Peter Becker. 🪵✨

The Benevolent Fund Gala returns in full bloom for an enchanting evening in support of the Peter Becker Community Benevolent Fund. Join us as we gather in a garden-
inspired setting to sip, savor, and celebrate— featuring thoughtfully curated food and
drink, live music, a photo booth, a mission-centered program, and special opportunities throughout the evening to further support our neighbors in need.

Together, we’ll celebrate the growth, resilience, and compassion that make it possible
for residents to remain in the community they call home, regardless of changing
circumstances.
