April has been a busy and productive month for our team at Medcomp!! ✈️

This week, we had the opportunity to participate in both the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) in Canada and the Infusion Nurses Society (INS) in Kentucky—taking place simultaneously. These events provided valuable opportunities to connect with clinicians and industry leaders, exchange insights, and continue important conversations around innovation and patient care.

As those meetings wrap up, we’re excited to continue the momentum as WOCOVA kicks off today in Valencia, Spain where our team will be engaging with the global vascular access community.

Medcomp had a great experience at **ERA 2025 in Vienna**, where we proudly showcased our product line and connected with distributors from across the industry. This event provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships, discuss market trends, and reinforce our presence in the global medical device sector.

Next, we’re heading to 🛫**Miami for WHX (FIME) from June 11th through June 13th at Booth X30! ** This international healthcare trade show offers an exciting platform to further expand our network, exchange insights, and support distributors in bringing quality medical solutions to healthcare professionals. Last week’s Bring Your Child to Work Day was one to remember! Our little visitors filled the office with laughter, curiosity, and a contagious sense of wonder.

The kids got a behind-the-scenes look at what we do every day, jumped into some fun activities, and maybe even picked up a few career goals along the way.

It was so special to see our team share this experience with their families. This event reminded us that behind every great employee is a support system—and sometimes that includes a very enthusiastic 6-year-old with a lot of questions!

Big thanks to everyone who helped make the day so memorable. It was all smiles, laughs, and a reminder of what it’s all about—family, fun, and a little bit of learning too.

During last month’s Core Week at Medcomp, we took time to reconnect, collaborate, and show appreciation for the incredible team behind everything we do.

In honor of Employee Appreciation Day, we filled the week with moments that brought us together: treats, giveaways, a hands-on planting activity, and plenty of time to unwind and engage with colleagues. We also hosted an on-site blood drive, allowing team members to support a meaningful cause and give back.

Core Week reminds us how important it is to step away from our daily routines and come together as one team. Thank you to everyone who joined in and made the week so special—we’re grateful for all that you do!

** Today is World Kidney Day! **

At Medcomp, we’re proud to support kidney health through the products we manufacture, including dialysis catheters that help patients receive essential treatments. This year’s theme, "Are Your Kidneys, OK?”, reminds us of the importance of kidney health and encourages people to check in on their kidney function.

In honor of World Kidney Day, our team is wearing green to raise awareness and show our support for this important cause. Let’s all take a moment to think about kidney health and share the message that prevention and early detection can make a big difference.

We had a festive time celebrating National Ugly Holiday Sweater Day with our Holiday Ugly Sweater Contest! Our team got creative with fun, colorful, and holiday-inspired designs that brought extra cheer to the office. From cozy classics to bold patterns, it was a true celebration of the season.
