Valley Haven Emergency Children’s Shelter is collecting new pajamas— and we need your help! 💤✨

Many of the children who arrive at our shelter come with little to nothing. A cozy pair of pajamas can bring comfort, warmth, and a sense of normalcy during a difficult time. ❤️

Summer learning loss can set a child back a whole month of learning especially in math and reading. The loss is larger at higher grade levels. What can you do to decrease this? Encourage reading time throughout the week, incorporate social emotional learning or activities and decrease screen time.
