We were out in the community at the 1st Annual Agape Health Fair.
Elizabeth Macias, our Community Liaison, was there connecting with families, sharing resources, and providing education about hospice care and support.

We had a wonderful time connecting with our community this week.
The team from Greater Valley Hospice was honored to attend the Open House and Community Tour at Mission Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, on Wednesday March 11, 2026. Events like these give us the opportunity to strengthen partners friendships, learn more about the services available to our community, and continue working together to support patients and families with compassion and dignity.
Thank you to the Mission Nursing & Rehabilitation team for the warm welcome and for the care you provide every day.
We look forward to continuing to serve the Rio Grande Valley together.

Thank you to Valley View Senior Living for hosting this month’s Dementia Support Group and to Cameron County Public Health Healthy Brain and Aging Program for providing valuable education focused on brain health, aging, and caregiver support.
Events like these play an important role in empowering families, caregivers, and our community with knowledge, resources, and encouragement. Greater Valley Hospice is truly thankful for the invitation to attend, connect, and continue supporting those impacted by dementia and other life-limiting illnesses.
