Valley View PHC provides Personal Assistance Services (PAS) to elderly, disabled, handicap individuals licensed by Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC) under Primary Home Care Program. This agency in Houston accepts Amerigroup, Molina Health Care, Superior Health Plan, United Healtcare & Community Based Alternative (CAS) clients approved by HHSC formerly with Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services (TDADS); and Harlingen Office accepts Molina, Superior, Texas Health Spring & HHSC CAS clients.
