Teamwork is a foundational core value at Harmony Castings, but this idea goes beyond our company. Some brilliant minds of TPi Arcade were able to visit our facility today for the V-Process Industry 4.0 and Automation Summit. This event is a collaboration of the Ligon V-Process Aluminum Foundry Group, where ideas and information about the future of our foundries are shared with each other. As technology continues to evolve, we remain committed to staying ahead of the curve.

Not only is this machine more consistent and reliable, but the end result is also of much higher quality.

In our journey to the future, we have brought on a lot of new equipment. Our pride and joy at Harmony Castings is our pouring robot. While we have had this machine for many years, it still holds many advanced features.

Not only does it greatly improve production efficiency, it also includes many capabilities, such as the temperature of the aluminum and how quickly it is poured into the mold. These capabilities ensure higher quality during the hardening process.
