Authorities in Montgomery County are asking for the public’s help to find 15-year-old Carmen Webb, who has been missing since October 25, 2025, from Germantown, Maryland. Both photos shown are of Carmen. Her hair, naturally brown, is currently dyed pink. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pajama pants with bows, and white sneakers.
