This is where Reiki can help. Reiki has the potential to support activation of the parasympathetic nervous system—the body’s “rest and digest” state—encouraging relaxation and balance.
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique. The word “Reiki” means universal life force energy. During a Reiki session, the practitioner channels this energy to support the body’s natural healing processes.
Sessions can be done with minimal or no physical contact. The practitioner gently places their hands on specific areas of the body or holds them just above the body, allowing the energy to flow where it is needed.
