❤️🤍💙ORH is proud to be a member of the Capital Region Veterans Coalition. As part of our monthly meeting today we were privileged to take part in a tour hosted by Aurelius at Harrisburg University. Aurelius is a nonprofit that operates a Brain Health and Human Performance Lab. They offer holistic, medication-free programs that use cutting-edge technology to support individuals dealing with TBI, PTS, depression, and anxiety. While their programs are open to everyone, many veterans in our community have already benefited from their services. There truly is nothing like this in our area. Today’s visit was a powerful reminder of the innovative ways our community continues to step up and support those who have served. 🇺🇸

Feel good Fri-yay and the end of the work week! With some "nice" fall weekend weather along with daylight savings time coming our way on Sunday, there are lots of awesome opportunities and events supporting our Veteran and Military affiliated population coming up! Feel free to tag us too!

Whether you're out trick or treating, hunting, out on the trail or in the gym getting your fitness on, baking, carving, reading, weaving or dotting the bingo cards- kudos to you! Get out there and get it done! Know of someone that needs a little more support- let's get them moving with you. Together!

It's that time again!!!

Join Capital Region Veterans Coalition for our 4th Annual Veterans Family Fun Day 2025!!!

This year, it will be held at Commonwealth Charter Academy Capital Campus in Harrisburg.

We will have games, fun, food, kids' activities, a bounce house, and a veteran resource fair.

New this year, we have a section for Veteran-Owned Businesses!!

Come on out for a day of fun with the family!

The servicemember does not need to be present. Families of those who have served in any branch of the Armed Services are welcome!

The Homeless and At-Risk Veterans Health Clinic at Veterans Outreach of Pennsylvania provides essential health care services to veterans in need. Healthcare services are provided by UPMC’s Street Medicine Team!

Located at 1105 S Front St, Harrisburg, PA, the clinic offers basic health care, screenings, and medication management, including refills, to ensure that our veterans receive the care they deserve.

In addition to medical services, the clinic also provides hygiene supplies, clothing, and access to showers on clinic days, fostering a sense of dignity and well-being.

The clinic operates on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 1 PM to 4 PM, creating a welcoming environment for veterans seeking support and resources.
