We had the chance to work with Marsh EMS Consulting and sponsor their Tactical Medicine for Executive Protection (TEMP) course led by the incredible Mike Marsh—and it did not disappoint.
From Tactical Emergency Casualty Care techniques to scenario‑based principal extractions, every drill was hands‑on and built for real‑world application. The use of SIMBODIES simulation manikins added an unmatched level of realism, making each scenario feel authentic and pressure‑tested.

Whether you're on a warehouse floor or in the line of fire, feeling the chaos is essential to prepare for it.💥 At our Moreton Open Days in the UK, we pushed realism to the limit—recreating the noise, pressure, and split‑second decision‑making that define a true traumatic medical emergency.

With our Thoracotomy Manikin, teams had the chance to perform critical interventions in a scenario that looked and felt like the real thing. Because in those intense moments, choosing the right intervention is half the battle—having a system like helps turn reaction into rapid action.
