A splash of creativity and a swirl of color filled the air at Ecumenical Retirement Community! 🎨✨ Residents discovered the magic of watercolor pencils in a hands-on art class led by Kurt Jarvis of Kaleidoscope, where every stroke turned into something beautiful.

From soft pastels to bold hues, masterpieces came to life — and so did plenty of smiles and laughter along the way. 💛 There’s nothing quite like the joy of creating art, especially in good company!

Our residents had a spook-tacular time celebrating Halloween together! 🎃👻 Everyone enjoyed festive snacks, fun costumes, and a special visit from children who handed out candy and shared smiles with our residents. 🧡

Compassion and creativity are making a big impact at Ecumenical Retirement Community! 💛♻️

Using old plastic shopping bags, residents are cutting, looping and weaving them into durable mats for people experiencing homelessness. It’s a meaningful project that turns everyday items into comfort and care for others—proof that small actions can make a huge difference. 🧶✨

It was a paw-some day along the riverfront! 🐾☀️

Country Meadows and Ecumenical Retirement Community joined in the fun at Harrisburg’s annual Woofstock event, greeting both two- and four-legged friends with smiles (and plenty of tail wags!). 🐶💛 We loved connecting with fellow pet lovers and celebrating the joy animals bring to our lives and communities.

Connections Memory Support residents at Ecumenical Retirement Community spent the day laughing, chatting, and crafting colorful flower crowns. Between the petals, giggles, and proud smiles, it was impossible not to feel the joy in the room.
