One of the biggest realizations and revelations I've had over the last 6 months, is that the life you want and the life God/Universe wants for your highest calling, isn't always in alignment with one another. And unfortunately, God/Universe (whatever you believe in) will shake s**t up until you CLEARLY understand what he/it is trying to communicate to you.

I'm purely exhausted, and can honestly say that this has been the darkest night of my soul I have experienced YET this winter 2025/2026. I'm not fully ready to share with this beautiful community what I've been navigating until I have absolute clarity on the direction my life is taking me.

But I want to say THANK YOU to every single one of my clients, my friends and everyone in my holistic healing community that has noticed the absence of my presence as I work through the adversity and hardships of my current life narrative.

They never said life would be easy but I know in the end all of this, it will prove to be worth it. In the meanwhile, I've been praying every day to God and trusting that I'm divinely protected.

PS. Astrologers always talk about your Saturn return that happens approximately between ages 27-31 but they hardly EVER talk about your saturn fckn square that happens between 34-36. (Which I'm currently experiencing) so if you're around my age and you're going through some serious s**t, it's big Daddy Saturn and he has come to ensure you implemented the lessons from your Saturn Return.. and if you haven't, you better get ready to face anything and everything that is out of alignment with your life's higher calling.

How is everyone hanging in there?

Pre-shadow of mercury retrograde has begun.
We are in Eclipse Season.
Neptune has left Pisces after 14 LONG years and moved into Aries.
Saturn is leaving Pisces in 2 days after 3 years and moving into Aries.
And the year of the snake is coming to an end next week to bring in the year of the fire horse.

If things are being shaken up in your life, feeling a dismantling of everything you've known, hidden things coming to light, traumas resurfacing or just a general feeling that things feel "off", you're not alone - it's a final shedding and releasing of what no longer serves you.

Let it go. 🐍

Started this puzzle yesterday! Puzzles are a form of active meditation by promoting mindfulness, reducing stress, and inducing a "flow state" that quiets mental chatter. 💗

Anyone else experiencing SAD (Season Affective Disorder) a little deeper this year? I have been doing all the things to counteract it such as taking vitamins, using my sunlight lamp, yoga, reiki and meditation and somehow it has been a challenge to stay balanced in my mind, body and spirit.

There are circumstances that have me questioning many aspects of my life, then you add the huge astrological transits and it being way to cold to walk and ground outside and it just makes you feel disconnected from Mother Earth.

I have chosen to allow myself to sit in the discomfort, do what I can to navigate it to the best of my ability and just trust and surrender to God/Universe that everything I'm experiencing is all a part of the larger plan of my life.

Easier said than done but..

"Just like the lotus, we, too, have the ability to rise from the mud, bloom out of the darkness and radiate into the world."🪷

This year has challenged and tested me in ways I most certainly didn't see coming. It has had me questioning my purpose and if I'm on the right path in so many areas of my life.

With that intense Gemini Full Moon on 12/4 (my rising and mars sign) and then Neptune stationing direct in Pisces on 12/10 (my moon sign), clarity is finally coming, not for just me.. but us collectively.

Illusions are now lifting at a rapid speed for not just me, but the collective - whether that's involving your career, purpose, relationships, habits, situations or cycles you find yourself in.

That being said, I'm SO grateful everyone has been reaching out and asking about any future group events in my studio. I took off the month of December with events because I really needed to pour as much energy into myself as I possibly could to try to regain balance and a sense of normalcy in my life.

I have a feeling I'll be back hosting my beautiful community events in 2026 stronger and more resilient than ever after this most recent intense spiritual awakening of mine.

2025 was an intense shedding filled with so many planets retrograde and intense confusion. 2026, please bring on the momentum, and the pleasant astrological transits and an abundance of energy for all of us ✨️

Finding light in the darkness ✨️

This year has not been easy on us, collectively. I would not be a true and authentic holistic healing practitioner if I said things are always "love and light"

No.. they aren't.. and that's okay. We must honor the yin and yang of both light and darkness, for that is what makes us human.

If a holistic practitioner claims things should always be rainbows and sunshine, I would RUN the other way.

This year #9, the year of the snake, we were meant to shed anything and everything that no longer serves us. Whether that be toxic cycles, habits, jobs, relationships, etc.

Next year #1, the year of the horse, I'm praying that it is lighter, brighter and filled with all the momentum and new opportunities that the horse represents.

God knows - we need it 🙏
