In moments of national sorrow, when headlines carry the weight of loss and uncertainty, we are reminded of why our work matters — and why compassion must remain at the center of everything we do.
Yesterday’s tragedy has left a deep ache within the military community and within every family connected to those who serve. As someone who has spent years advocating for the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of our service members, I want to speak not just as a CEO and a veteran myself, but as a human being who recognizes the extraordinary sacrifices our military families make every single day.
To the families directly impacted by yesterday’s events:
Our hearts are with you.
Your pain is real, your grief is valid, and your courage in the face of the unthinkable humbles us all. Please know that you are carried in our thoughts, lifted in our prayers, and surrounded by a community that refuses to let you walk this alone.
To every active-duty service member, veteran, and military family — whether at home or abroad — the magnitude of what you give often goes unseen. You shoulder responsibilities most people cannot imagine. You raise children with resilience. You endure sleepless nights, holidays apart, and the constant hum of worry in the background of daily life.
And yet, you continue to rise. You continue to serve. You continue to love.
At Reigle Therapeutics Group, our mission has always been rooted in one belief:
Healing begins with honoring the whole person — their story, their sacrifice, their humanity.
In the days ahead, we recommit ourselves to supporting the mental health of our military community with renewed purpose. Tragedy does not define our heroes, but it does remind us of the critical need for accessible care, alternative treatments, compassionate support, and spaces where individuals can speak their truth without judgment.
To every military member and every family standing behind them — thank you.
Thank you for your dedication.
Thank you for your resilience.
Thank you for giving parts of yourselves so the rest of us may live with freedom, opportunity, and safety.
We see you.
We honor you.
We stand beside you — today and always.
With deepest respect and unwavering commitment,
Dr. T
