The Positive Interactions Social Group in Lancaster has released its 2026 meeting schedule! This supportive, welcoming group is for individuals who have tested positive for HIV and is facilitated by Alder Health Services.

Happy Holidays!

As we head into the holiday season, we want to share a quick update about our schedule.

Alder Health Services will be closed December 22–26. We wish everyone a happy, healthy, and restful holiday season!

HIV Testing:
HIV testing will not be available on December 17, 24, and 31.

Primary Care Clinic:
During the week of December 22, our primary care providers will be on call, and messages regarding appointments and prescription refills will be monitored.

WORLD AIDS DAY VIGIL — YOU’RE INVITED
Monday, December 1, 2025 | 7:30 PM | First Reformed Church, Lancaster

This year, Lancaster has no official World AIDS Day events planned — and that’s exactly why coming together matters more than ever.

Alder Health Services is honored to support First Reformed Church UCC-Lancaster as they open their sanctuary for a deeply meaningful World AIDS Day Vigil. This gathering will be a space for remembrance, healing, solidarity, and hope as we honor those we’ve lost, uplift those living with HIV, and confront stigma with compassion and truth.

🕯️ Why This Matters:
World AIDS Day is not only a time to look back, but a time to recommit ourselves to justice, equity, and community care. Lancaster deserves a space where every story, every struggle, and every life is honored.
