"Episode 14"

Mayela had already loss 35 lbs. before she came to us...
.. but then she hit a plateau

She had went through a few different programs with family and friends

But no-one was as consistent as her and when those programs were over she didn't know what to do to continue to see results

So she started yo-yoing, losing weight and gaining it back

Which could be frustrating and discouraging to someone that's committed to the process and hitting the gym consistently

Lina was a master of the "quick-fix" products that didn't actually solve her problems

She had acid reflux, no fitness, was judged about her eating habits, and was recently diagnosed with depression

When she joined us she had absolutely no idea what she was getting herself into

Over the course of the 28 days we were able to help Lina lose 7 lbs., fix her eating habits, have no signs of acid reflux, become a transformation leader in our community and live a life full of adventure and excitement

It would normally take her 2 months to lose the weight, but she has never achieved the other things

Lina had a therapist and had tried several programs that promised community support

Crystal was going hard in the gym, but her diet sucked and she had been through several "diet" challenges before

Everytime she would achieve her goal and then go back to her old habits

Everything she tried worked, but left her dependent on the program if she wanted to continue to get results... she never learned anything that allowed her to lead herself

We coached Crystal to become a leader and lead herself following our codes of conduct

Jasmine had gained about 60 pounds and recently failed her Army PT test

In the past she had used in person trainers, but once she left the gym there was nothing to hold her accountable

She was tired of being overlooked for positions she knew she was over qualified for because of where she at physically, mentally and emotionally

That's when she realized she needed to try something different to get a different result

Jasmine lost 9 lbs. and inches EVERYWHERE 😲 But most of all she is now on a journey to redeem herself after going through a divorce and letting herself go

Jasmine has her life back, because we didn't focus on just giving her fitness a fitness and nutrition plan

We focused on giving her an identity shift and shifting her mindset to become the woman that she knew she was

"Episode 9"

Rosalind was told by her doctors that it would be very difficult for her to lose weight because of a medical condition

She was doing a lot of walking, but wasn't seeing results

So she wrote a letter to "GOD" and put it in a box - P.S. Please (God) write back.

Not too long after that we got on a call to see if she would be a good fit for our program

Rosalind saw results by the end of the first 7 days and felt amazing

It wasn't that she wasn't willing to do the work, she just didn't know what to do and neither did her doctors

We gave her that extra push to kick Start her journey and she hasn't looked back since

She Lost 5.14% BF and 5 lbs. in the first 28 days after being in a frustrating plateau in what felt like forever

Although she did get results doing the dvd's and other things, the motivation didn't last long, she would stop and her results would "yo-yo"

Katie Was Skeptical Because She Has Never Succeeded With Other Programs... Or Personal Training πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈπŸ˜Ž

She had gotten to a point where she thought it just wasn't possible and starting accepting herself for where she was at...
..Just doing things - walking, taking classes, exercising with friends - not expecting any results

So she did the same thing here... she came in... she did the work... enjoyed the motivation, accountability, and support, but... SHE SAW RESULTS WITHIN THE FIRST 7 DAYS 🀀🀀

Every result made her more confident, more driven, more dedicated, more educated... and then without even realizing it she became one of our leaders encouraging and being encouraged by her team to achieve that next level result

πŸ˜±πŸ€” Kirsten Changed Her Food Choices To Accomodate Food Allergies And Intolerances

As a health coach, she wanted to inspire and teach families how they could still enjoy food when there was 1 or more family members with a food intolerance or allergy without them getting frustrated or overwhelmed with making food choices

She learned the foods like the back of her hand...

But she also wanted to look the part of what a healthy food intolerance/allergy lifestyle could be

Honestly, she was amazing from the beginning... She did all of the work πŸ’―

πŸ’£ We taught her how to master her nutrition so that she would never get hit a plateau again so that she can also teach it to others - She was also still nursing

πŸ’£ She exercised 3 times a week with toddlers present (And recorded the videos)

πŸ’£ Modified the exercises given to her because she was on doctors orders to not use her lower body

And she got the results - NO EXCUSES
