At The Place for Compassion, you get to arrive exactly as you are.You are safe. You are seen. You are heard.

You are the one in the driver’s seat.

This is a space where your story matters. Where your goals, dreams, and questions lead the way. I don’t believe in handing you a rigid path—I believe in walking beside you with curiosity. Asking questions that guide you back to yourself. Helping you uncover what lights you up… what makes life feel meaningful again.

It’s about shifting perspective.Choosing what nourishes you.Honoring what doesn’t feel aligned—and giving yourself permission to say “no, thank you.”

You are a sovereign being.Your body holds wisdom.Your heart knows.

When you begin to listen—to your own internal signals, your own energetic truth—you start making choices that feel aligned, grounded, and real. Not from pressure. Not from expectation. But from coherence within yourself.

I created this space because it’s what I needed.

I’ve sought support in so many places—through different modalities, teachers, certifications, systems. And while each offered something, I often left still feeling unseen, unheard, or not fully safe. So I kept going. I kept searching. I kept learning how to support myself.

Now, I’m offering that space to others.

A place where you don’t have to do it all alone.A place where you can finally see yourself—clearly, compassionately, and without judgment.

If you’ve been searching for something like this…just know, there is a channel here for you.

And you are always welcome

There was a part of my healing journey that felt like isolation.

It felt like aloneness. Like withdrawing from the noise of the world long enough to hear myself clearly. In that quiet, I began to notice what was truly mine—my own yeses, my own nos, what genuinely lights me up, what feels nourishing, what feels alive.

For much of my life, I felt everything around me. I adapted. I blended. I became what was needed. I’ve been called a chameleon, and in many ways, I was. That way of being served a purpose. It helped me survive. It helped me get here. I did not know better then, so I could not do better then.

But now, I do.

Now I see my worth. Not because I am more special than anyone else, but because I’ve come to recognize the divine worth that lives within all of us. The beauty. The innate value. The sacredness that was always there.

As I’ve stepped back from the roles, rhythms, and patterns I once lived by simply because they were familiar, I’ve had space to rediscover what I actually love. Yes, I’ve always been deeply kinesthetic. Sports, movement, reaction, coordination—those things came naturally to me, and they had meaning in my upbringing. But beyond what I was good at, I’ve been learning what brings me peace.

I love being outside with the animals already present. I love curling up with a book beside a window, wrapped in warmth with my pets nearby. I love hammocks, bike rides, wind on my face, deep conversations, and the unseen worlds we can feel but not always explain. I love what is honest. I love what is real.

My neurodivergence has always been there. The difference now is that I know it. And because I know it, I get to meet myself with greater care, compassion, and understanding. What once may have been questioned, shamed, or misunderstood, I now recognize as part of my power.

That is part of what I’m here to represent:
the experience of feeling different,
of feeling outside the circle,
of trying to fit without understanding why fitting in was ever the goal.

Why do we feel the need to shape ourselves to belong?
Who taught us that sameness was safety?
What if our differences were never the problem?

This is the heart of The Place for Compassion.

It is a space where you can be witnessed without judgment.
A space where curiosity matters more than assumption.
A space where no one is trying to tell you who you are, but instead helping you listen for the truth already within you.

Whether that support comes through Reiki, sound and frequency healing, health and nutrition coaching, spiritual guidance, or simply sitting across from someone who can hold space for you with warmth and presence—this is what I offer.

Sometimes we do not need fixing.
Sometimes we need to be seen.
Sometimes we need someone kind enough to sit beside us while we remember ourselves.

And if your dreams include healing in community, with loved ones, with friends, with family, I honor that too. I believe love, kindness, compassion, and togetherness are how we return to each other—and how we help make this world more whole.

✨ Community Update from The Place for Compassion ✨

There has been so much unfolding lately, and I wanted to take a moment to share what’s been blooming 🌿

I’ve been out in the community connecting, creating, and holding space in so many beautiful ways. Recently, I had the honor of offering Stretching & Sound at a local elementary school as part of their PBIS celebration—what a joyful and meaningful experience. I also wrapped up the CD Craft Fair and felt so much love and support for my handmade suncatchers, keychains and various nervous system support items. I also gave my first attunements with Lotus Light Reiki.

And there is so much more ahead:

🌸 Bridal Shows
🏡 House energetic party (private)
🌿 Artist Reception at Reiki Space — April 10th
🕊 Death & Dying Event at Englewood — April 18th
🌼 Senior Resource Fair April 29
🪷 Lotus Light Master Training

✨ And this Sunday at 6:30 PM (yes, Easter Sunday!), I’ll be holding a Sound Healing Meditation at TranscendU. Community like this is something truly sacred.

I am deeply humbled by the support, the connections, and the growth of this space. The Place for Compassion continues to evolve, and I’m so grateful to walk this path with all of you.

💫 I currently have openings for:
• 1:1 Coaching
• Sound Healing (individual & group)
• Energetic Sessions

If you feel called, I would love to connect.

The Equinox is a moment of sacred balance.

Day and night stand as equals.
Light and shadow meet without resistance.
Nothing is being forced. Nothing is being hidden.

This is coherence.

Not perfection… not control…
but a regulated, harmonious state where opposing forces can exist together in truth.

The Equinox reminds us:

You are allowed to hold both.
The grief and the joy.
The exhaustion and the awakening.
The human and the divine.

This is a threshold point — a recalibration of your inner field.

A return to center.
A remembering of your natural rhythm.

Energetically, the Equinox invites:
• Nervous system regulation
• Heart-brain coherence
• Emotional integration
• Release of extremes and overcorrection
• Alignment with your authentic timing

This is not a time to push.

It is a time to balance…
to listen…
to gently come back into yourself.

When you are in coherence, your body softens.
Your intuition sharpens.
Your energy becomes clear, grounded, and magnetic.

This is the work.

If you are feeling the intensity, the recalibration, the call to come back into your body and your truth…

I am here to support you.

Schedule your energy session today:
• Coaching
• Reiki
• Frequency & Sound Healing

A New Way of Living – Exploring Regenerative Community

For years, my heart has carried a vision of interdependence —
shared land, shared stewardship, shared resources, and a life rooted in compassion and coherence with the Earth.

I am currently researching and exploring models of intentional, regenerative living — including off-grid and homesteading communities that prioritize ecological responsibility, nervous-system awareness, shared contribution, and emotional maturity.

This is not an impulsive leap, but a thoughtful, grounded exploration of what communal life can look like when built with clarity, transparency, and shared values.

If you are someone who:
• Values interdependence without loss of sovereignty
• Is interested in regenerative land stewardship
• Believes in transparent resource pooling
• Understands that community requires both vision and governance

I would love to connect and explore ideas.

This is a research and design phase — not a rushed commitment.

The time for new ways of living is here.
Let’s explore what’s possible — wisely and together.

“Leave fear behind, allow love to lead the way.”

Fear is the illusion.
Love is the truth.

Fear is the one thing shaping most people’s lives without them even realizing it. It is the greatest lie ever told — because it feels real. It feels biological. It feels urgent.

But love is the only thing that’s actually real.

And what moves me is this:

Every ancient tradition, across oceans, across languages, across centuries — somehow arrived at the same conclusion.

In the Bible, the most repeated phrase is “fear not.”
And we hear the words attributed to Jesus: perfect love casts out fear.

In Buddhist teachings, we hear: hatred does not cease by hatred — by love alone is hatred healed.

In the Bhagavad Gita, devotion — love — leads to liberation. Ignorance, which is rooted in fear, leads to suffering.

In the Tao Te Ching, courage comes from love. Paralysis comes from fear.

In the Dhammapada, we’re told the mind is everything — meaning fear begins in the mind, not in the world itself.

And in Sufi wisdom, through Rumi, we hear something so simple and so profound:
Your job is not to seek love. Your job is to find and remove the barriers you have built against it.

How is it possible that civilizations who never spoke to each other — separated by entire oceans — came to the same realization?

Because it’s not philosophy. It’s reality.

Fear is the illusion that keeps us asleep.
Love is the frequency that wakes us up.

Fear shrinks the self.
Love expands it.

Fear breeds ego.
Love dissolves it.

Fear isolates you.
Love reminds you who you actually are.

Fear makes you chase approval. Validation. Money. Control.
It makes you compare yourself to everyone else.
It makes you live as if something is missing.

But love — not the romantic version — the ancient version — means oneness. Alignment. The recognition that we are made of the same light, the same source, the same field of life.

That’s why fear feels so bad in the body.

It isn’t compatible with who you really are.

Every mistake you’ve made.
Every relationship that blew up.
Every regret you carry.
Every time you sabotaged your own potential.

It wasn’t because you’re broken.

It was fear.

And the moment you drop the fear, you don’t suddenly “find” love.

You return to it.

You don’t create it.
You uncover it.

It’s your default state.
It’s what you were born as.
It’s underneath the noise.
Underneath the conditioning.
Underneath the mind.

And here’s the part that changes everything:

The mind is not just observing reality.

It’s generating it.

It’s like a projector — casting meaning outward — and then we watch the movie and call it “the world.”

If fear is the lens, we see threat.
If love is the lens, we see connection.

So maybe the question isn’t:
“How do I find love?”

Maybe it’s:
“What fear am I still believing?”

If we start with the knowing that fear is illusion and love is truth — what would change?

How would we speak?
How would we show up?
How would we lead?
How would we parent?
How would we create?

What if resonating with love isn’t about becoming someone new —
but about remembering who you already are?

This landed in me so solidly when I listened to Chase Hughes speak about what he calls “Ancient Decoded Reality.”

It wasn’t even new information.

It was recognition.

And when something is true, the body relaxes.

And that’s how you know.

✨ Coming Soon: Compassionate Integrative Coaching & Community Concierge Services ✨

For years, I’ve been studying healing — energetics, somatic awareness, grief work, spiritual principles, nervous system regulation, and integrative wellness.

What I’ve come to understand about myself is this:

I am a bridge.

I am a pattern-seer.
I am a deep listener.
I am a somatic energetic regulator.

I can hear the resonance in your voice when you speak about your goals, your fears, your dreams — and I ask the kind of questions that help you hear it too.

That’s why coaching aligns so deeply with me.

I am officially opening Compassionate Integrative Coaching Sessions — intimate, grounded containers designed to help you:

• Gain clarity
• Regulate your nervous system
• See beyond limiting patterns
• Align with your next right step
• Connect with resources that truly resonate

But this work goes beyond coaching.

I am also stepping into a role as a Community Concierge & Bridge Builder — connecting individuals and families with aligned, vetted local businesses in areas such as:

• Health & wellness
• Home & security
• Financial & retirement planning
• Birth & postpartum support
• Funeral & end-of-life services
• And more

There is something for everyone — but what you don’t know, you don’t know.

And once you see clearly, you can’t unsee it.

My role is not to tell you what to choose.
My role is to help you hear yourself clearly — and then connect you with options that align.

I am here to be a steady, compassionate witness and container as you move through your journey — just as I have learned to walk my own.

More details, pricing, and booking information coming soon.

If this resonates, stay close.

Let’s cross that bridge together and see what’s waiting for you. ❤️

Hi, I’m Jamie Brenner.

I am here to be of service.

My journey deepened profoundly after my daughter’s health diagnosis, which called me into a new level of balance, resilience, and inner transformation. What began as a search for healing expanded into a path of peace, love, and a renewed connection to the Divine.

Along the way, I became a health, nutrition, and spiritual coach. I am a Reiki Master in both Usui and Lotus Light Reiki, a devoted yogi, and a certified sound practitioner exploring vibration and frequency as medicine. I’ve studied breathwork, meditation, and hypnotherapy, and I am currently completing my death doula certification — work that feels sacred to me after experiencing grief and loss in my own life.

Through it all, I’ve learned that tending to myself is not selfish — it is necessary. When I nurture my own nervous system, spirit, and body, I can show up more fully for my daughter and for the world.

Creativity has become one of my greatest teachers. I love creating meaningful, symbolic gifts — turning inspiration into tangible, energetic forms. My sun catchers (and soon wind chimes) are small vessels of light and intention. To me, creativity is movement. And movement is medicine. When energy feels stagnant, we create. We flow like water. We allow change.

If any of this resonates with you — if you’re seeking healing, connection, or simply honest community — I would love to connect.

Let’s create spaces that are safe, transparent, compassionate, and rooted in love.

I’m here. 💛

2/22 – The Master Builder Portal

Today we stand in the frequency of 2:
Partnership. Sensitivity. Intuition. Divine feminine intelligence.

And doubled — 22 — the Master Builder.

This is not manifestation from force.
This is creation from coherence.

Two is the number of relationship —
with others, yes —
but first and foremost, with your own heart.

22 is the sacred architect.
It asks:
What are you building with your life?
Is it aligned with your truth?
Is it rooted in sovereignty?

Heart coherence is when the mind, body, and spirit move in harmony.
When your nervous system softens.
When your choices come from wholeness instead of survival.

Today is a portal for:

✨ Reclaiming your authority
✨ Building from self-trust instead of fear
✨ Choosing partnerships that honor your light
✨ Grounding your visions into tangible action

Two teaches us sensitivity is strength.
Twenty-two reminds us that softness builds empires when it is rooted in truth.

You are not here to overextend.
You are here to co-create — consciously.

Pause.
Place your hand over your heart.
Breathe slowly.
Ask: What wants to be built through me now?

Not from pressure.
Not from proving.
But from presence.

This is the architecture of sovereignty.

May what you build now be steady.
May what you release now create space.
May your heart lead the design.

02/21/2026

You Are Not Waiting on a Miracle. You Are Remembering One.

There is a part of us that has waited.
Waited to be chosen.
Waited to be seen.
Waited to be told we are enough.

We have stood quietly, holding our breath,
watching others shine,
wondering when our door would open.

But here is the truth:

The miracle was never missing.
It was never withheld.
It was never outside of you.

The miracle is the love beating in your chest.
The miracle is your tenderness.
Your ache.
Your longing.
Your ability to see beauty even when you feel unseen.

If others cannot see it yet, that does not make it less real.

You do not need permission to embrace yourself.

Love every centimeter of who you are.
The strong parts.
The tired parts.
The parts still healing.
The parts still waiting.

Show yourself the compassion you have been offering the world.

Nurture yourself the way you always hoped someone would.

And from that place — not performance, not proving, not pressure —
let your story bloom.

Because when you remember the miracle within you,
you become the doorway for others to remember theirs.

And that…
is more powerful than any gift.
