Help us FILL THE AMBULANCE!! 🚑 We're hosting a School Supply Drive to benefit students of both Susquehanna Township and Central Dauphin School Districts. We'll be collecting items now through the end of the month, and hope to fill every square inch (and more) of our ambulance!!!!

Refer to the below flyer for items needed and further details.

Items can be dropped off at our station (108 Short Street) Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between the hours of 8am and 3pm (to ensure someone is present to collect them) OR if you live within Susquehanna Township or Central Dauphin School Districts, you can schedule a time for us to come to you, to pick the items up!!!

CONGRATULATIONS to our very own Owen Reeves on his graduation from HACC's 48th Paramedic Program last evening!

Owen began working at Susquehanna Township EMS in September 2023 as an Advanced-EMT with three years of EMS experience. He has since furthered his education, and continued to climb the ranks, now reaching the level of Paramedic!

Great work, Owen! We're excited for you to embrace your new knowledge base, and succeed in your new role! 🧑‍🎓🚑

Local cooling stations available for the elderly and those with higher risk for heat related illness.

Dauphin County Area Agency on Aging is urging residents, especially older adults to visit local cooling stations to stay safe and avoid heat-related illnesses. These local Community Center locations are welcoming non-members during periods of high temperatures.

For more information about these locations or heat safety tips, call the Dauphin County Area Agency on Aging at 717-780-6130.
