Are you constantly tired… even after a full night’s sleep?
It’s not just about rest.

There could be hidden things draining your energy every single day, and most people don’t even realize it.

Things like:

❌ not drinking enough water
❌ constant stress with no reset
❌ skipping meals
❌ everyday toxin exposure

From what we eat, use, and are around daily - these can quietly impact your energy, hormones, and how your body functions.

I heard something on a podcast recently that got me super excited…

They were talking about Brian Johnson, someone who spends literally millions of dollars on his health and longevity.

We’re talking:
Red light therapy
Cold plunges

Basically… he has access to everything.

And yet...

👉 Behavior change

Not the tech.
Not the diet.

Stress can sabotage your health goals faster than anything else. 😣Especially long-term, chronic stress.

The good news? You can start to manage it without adding more to your plate. Simple habits like breathing exercises, journaling for 5 minutes, or a quick walk outside can calm your mind and help your body function better.

In my signature coaching program, we talk about simple strategies like these (and so many others!) to figure out what works best for your schedule, your personality, and your current situations. If we can't get the body to rest, we can't achieve the health goals that we want.

While many things can play into your energy levels, one thing we know for sure is that we have to make sure we are getting enough sleep at night to carry us through the next day.

Sleep isn’t a luxury. It’s a non-negotiable for your energy, metabolism, blood sugar regulation and mood. 😴

Even small changes like setting a consistent bedtime, dimming lights before bed, or turning off screens can drastically improve the quality of your rest.

Better sleep = more energy, better focus, and more patience for life’s chaos.

I wanted to share what I've been hearing A LOT of lately...

If you’ve tried something before… and it worked…but now it doesn’t?
That does NOT mean you’re the problem.

I’ve had so many conversations lately - with coaching clients, in my DMs, and even in person at events -
and I keep hearing the same thing:

“It used to work… but now it doesn’t feel right anymore.”

And here’s the truth:

👉 Your body changes
👉 Your lifestyle changes
👉 Your needs change

So of course your approach might need to change too.

The women I’ve had the honor of coaching through this are no longer:
❌ obsessing over point systems
❌ stressing about “eating too much”
