🎊As 2025 closes and 2026 is on the approach, does anyone have a focus word for the new year. This word isn’t about a resolution but perhaps it’s a word to remind you of where you’d like to focus your intentions or energies. Sometimes I’ll make this word infused into my day to keep the reminders active. One way to do that is to set your passwords or logins to include the word somehow.
👀As I look at the year ahead, there are many changes on the horizon for me. I will be redefining my identity in many ways. I’m stuck between two words that I hope will help me relax into the changes versus trying to control the outcomes or the way my life takes form. One word is “ease” and the other is “groove.” It will be a game time decision.
