At NARMC, every improvement we make is rooted in one purpose: caring for our communities with the best experience possible, close to home.

On November 1, we launched a new electronic health record system that more seamlessly connects your care across our entire organization. This means your providers can more easily stay on the same page, and your health information travels with you wherever you receive care within the NARMC system. That connection helps create a smoother, more coordinated experience for you and your family.

Like any big transition, there may be moments over the next few weeks when things move a little slower as our teams adjust. We know your time is valuable, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this together.

Thank you for trusting us with your care and for being part of the NARMC family. It is an honor to serve the communities we call home, and we remain committed to investing in the future of healthcare right here for generations to come.

Please be patient with us this week. We are transitioning to a new (and hopefully improved) computer records system. This means longer wait times for our patients and fewer appointments each day. This also means your results and hospital records will be updated immediately and the clinic providers have access to all your NARMC data!
So please grant us a little grace as we make this huge change 🙏

Spike wants all our little ghouls and ghosts to come see us for some spooky fun Halloween treats tomorrow: Thursday 10/30. We love to see all the fun costumes 🥰 and our staff will be dressed up too!

Our clinic will be closed on Thursday, October 23, and will reopen Friday, October 24.

This will allow our staff to attend training as we prepare for upcoming system upgrades.

Normal business hours will resume the following day.

We’re excited to share that North Arkansas Regional Medical Center has joined the Arkansas Children's Hospital Nursery Alliance, a statewide collaboration focused on strengthening newborn care for families across Arkansas!
Our Labor & Delivery and newborn care teams at NARMC provide exceptional care to mothers and babies every day. Through this alliance, they now have direct access to Arkansas Children’s neonatology expertise, additional education, and best practices that enhance the high-quality care already being delivered here at home.
