We recently experienced a system issue that caused some past statements to be sent out all at once. As a result, some statements may not reflect our typical billing cycle, be labeled as a “3rd statement,” or reference collections.

We recognize that these statements may not accurately reflect your current account status. If you have already paid your bill, thank you, and please disregard any duplicate statements.

For unpaid statements, you can pay in person or by using the online bill pay feature on our website. It’s important to note that your statement number may not be recognized when using online bill pay, as these statements were manually processed. You can still make a payment online by selecting “Don’t have a statement?” and following the prompts.

Future statements will reflect updated and accurate information.

If you have any questions regarding your bill or need assistance, please contact our Customer Service team at 870-414-4008 or customer.service@narmc.com.

What does treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction consist of?

Pelvic floor therapy is an individualized, whole-body treatment approach, not just a program of Kegel exercises. While Kegels can be helpful for some individuals, they are not appropriate for everyone and are rarely the only solution. Strengthening a muscle that is already tense or painful can actually worsen symptoms. If pain is present, the first focus is often reducing irritation and restoring tissue mobility before progressing to strengthening. By identifying the “why” behind the symptoms, treatment becomes more targeted and effective. The ultimate goal of pelvic floor therapy is not just symptom relief – it’s restoring efficient movement, pressure control, and confidence with daily activities, exercise, intimacy, and sport.
