If your new routine has room for massage, I definitely encourage it as proactive and preventative health care! Also- be careful! Take it slow. Small changes add up to big results!

Time to put on all the pants, all the robes, and all the scarves! Everyone please be safe and check on each other! And, IF POSSIBLE, stay as near and dear as these 2 who carefully supported me while I was making cookies. Not ONE crumb falls on their watch. THAT is how alert we all need to be this weekend.

Fascia is the connective tissue “web” that wraps muscles and joints.
When it’s healthy, it glides and moves easily. When it’s stressed or inflamed, it can get stiff and sticky causing tightness, pain, and limited mobility.

This is why myofascial/structural bodywork feels deeper than just muscle work. THIS is a huge focal point in my massages!
